Success Stories 1

Diamond White
Diamond’s natural gift of song, which was finely tuned and crafted at Star Factory, allowed her to be whisked away to New York City in the summer of 2009 to audition for the Disney production and shortly after booked the role of “Young Nala”. Diamond also went on to win the hearts of millions on the show X-Factor making it to the TOP 5 with her incredibly crafted vocal tone courtesy of Star Factory.

Big Sean
Right before Sean Anderson got his big break with Kanye West and Def Jam Records to become one of Detroit's biggest success stories, he recorded a handful of songs right here at Star Factory studios. Engineered by Brandon Smith, the songs came out so great that they actually assisted Sean's pitch to Def Jam Record to secure his major deal. Currently, Brandon runs The Music Industry Mock Program at Cass Tech inside the Sean Anderson Studio of Infinite Possibilities.
Labritney
As an accomplished vocal training client, Star Factory also helped social media celebrity, Labritney, develop her #Lamix brand that helped her accumulate over 140k Instagram followers in one year, and many branding opportunities as a result.

Shana Wilson
Acclaimed Gospel recording artist, Shana Wilson, put out a bat signal to her 100k Instagram followers to find a vocal trainer, and so many people tagged us that she decided to hire Star Factory to prepare for her 2017 Live Recording. The Live Recording turned out to be one of her best recordings to date and is sure to tear up the charts in 2018!

Brielle Lesley
This former girl group member came to Star Factory in efforts to find her way as a solo artist. After a year of training and recording in our studio, Brielle, exploded on social media with a series of weekly dynamic cover songs that built her a respectable fan following of over 70k on Instagram.

BOi
Boi came to Star Factory as four individual artists looking for training and the means to thrust their careers to the next level. Immediately, CEO, Brandon Smith saw the vision of one of the country’s most popular girl groups of 2010. After a year of intense development and studio sessions, BOi’s YouTube channel, had accumulated more views than any other unsigned girl group in the country. They visited 45 schools on a tour with popular Michigan publication, The FrontPage. Their buzz single, Let Down My Hair, helped BOi solidify very respectable radio play throughout the Midwest. In early 2011, BOi was able to attract the attention of several major record labels and production companies

Drew Parks
Drew Parks, came to Star Factory in 2008 in search of building up his stage presence, confidence and slam dunking skills. While we had to disappoint the avid b-baller with the latter, our team sure delivered on taking the rapper/producer’s stage repertoire to monumental new heights. Years later, and 100+ shows later, Drew32 is recognized as one of the best performers/rappers in Michigan and beyond. His buzz began to build exponentially after shooting and marketing a music video (in which Star Factory was hired to provide choreography and backup dancers) for his self produced debut single “Beyond Me” which was eventually added to FuseTV and Comcast OnDemand. Since then, he has performed numerous concerts in Michigan and at national events including the Sundance Film Festival and the SXSW Music Conference.

Brianna Seaborn
The 2016 WDIV Super Singer, and current client, beat out 6,000 plus singers to be crowned the winner during a live broadcast of the Ford Fireworks. She attributes her vocal success to her two year plus vocal and performance training here at Star Factory.

Jibreel M
We met 12 year old Jibreel in our 2010 Got Talent Summer Camp and we’re blown away by his exponential growth and uncanny ability to emulate the singing and dancing prowess of the late great Michael Jackson. Fast forward two years later and Jibreel landed a role on Broadway as young MJ in Motown the Musical. Jibreel has done several Got Talent summer camps here at Star Factory in addition to many hours of private boot camp training. After several amazing performances at our Winter Concerts and Got Talent Concerts, Jibreel’s mom’s phone began to blow up with tons of requests to perform and audition from coast to coast. Jibreel recently release his debut music video “Roll”. Jibreel, already a proven child star, will surely be a household name in the near future.

Asianae
After training at Star Factory for over a year and recording several songs, Asianae, took the knowledge she acquired from CEO Brandon Smith and began building a YouTube fan base that accumulated over 1 million views in one year. Currently at 24k subscribers and growing daily, the sky is the limit for Asianae.
